Technical Management
- Technical & Operation management of Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Offshore vessels and Dredgers
- Ensuring the ship holds all relevant certificates to perform the voyages
- Keeping focus on the techno-commercial performance of the vessel by ensuring that the vessel continuously complies with Charter party and stays on-hire.
- Study and implement new technologies by which the vessel can enhance its performance, in terms of reduced consumptions and emissions.
- Provision of repair teams and manpower to undertake major specialized repairs and overhauls of any magnitude.
- Arrangement of timely & well-coordinated supplies to the ships in order to minimize delivery and procurement cost to ship owners.
- Advising owners with full transparency on costs associated with the management of their assets in order for them to fulfill their obligations to their financiers and other stakeholders.
- Working in best interest to maximize profits to the ship owner
Crew Management
TMS provides Crew Management services, which encompasses a broad range of activities such as selection, recruitment , deployment, training and management of officers, ratings engaged on vessels under full management or crew management contracts. The objective of TMS is to generate superior quality and highly skilled seafarers, in compliance with the requirements of the marine industry. This is ensured through rigorous selection and training procedures, thereby producing a large pool of qualified officers and crew with hands on experience on all classes of vessels.
